Beautiful Autumn.

A restful day today (still following doctor's orders), but with increasing energy levels, I spent an hour or two in the garden, "tidying". Then whizzed off to Avebury for a wander through the stones and a coffee. It was surprisingly busy for a September mid week afternoon and I focused on the bright burst of colour afforded by the changing season, rather than on the stones themselves.

I was also in the Avebury area, checking out the route to an acupuncture appointment tomorrow at "Christmas House". I loved the quote they had posted on their web-site for today:
