You Say You'll Love me Through my Rise and Fall

I was feeling good today.

I decided that Bella Bella was in order.

Bella Bella Decided after 3 miles that she wasn't in order.

Dearie me.

I of course had opted for the wildest, craziest route ever...By the time I realised that my tyre was flat, I was exhausted. Up hill on a one track road, with over 2 miles still to get to work. I called my boss and told him I was gonna be late, but en route.

twenty minutes later after being unable to get in touch with anyone, I text him again, and put in for a day off.

I couldn't understand why I couldn't reach Si. Of course, I didn't have a pumper with me. :-(

After contemplating the three miles home, I set off. I decided to head to my mum's it was closer.

I wandered off along the road, and just generally set out to enjoy the morning. I waved to Cows, spoke to the rooks, looked in fields, sung songs to myself, looked in burns, found a silver cross nailed to a tree, looked over the wall to the playing fields where I used to "play" hockey.

I examined in detail all the houses which used to belong to the school and the Rector, Deputy Heads, and Heads of Departments stayed in. The Rector who arrived to take over from the last traditional Rector, decided that it wasn't socially correct to provide houses, and had them all sold off. He also decided in his wisdom that competition between children should not be encouraged; and so in a school which fought determinedly each year for Interhouse Honors, in Music, Learning and Sports, we were reduced to "taking part in activities", but with no celebration for success.

Rubbish!.

I eventually got to me mam's, and had a coffee and said hello to the doggie who is there for her holidays.

Me mam ran me home (I had no house keys either ha ha), and I showered, and then visited the Nant, and then had a bimble at the harbour.

Where I found this man floating.
