Judge
Dahlings, today was about acting. I had the privilege of getting to play the judge, Lord Cameron, in a reenactment of the trial of Peter Manuel, arguably Scotland's most notorious criminal.
Despite the content, the whole event was great fun and getting to work with proper actors was quite humbling. And we were in the actual Sheriff Court. And William McIlvaney was in the audience, so there.
The date, of course, was not lost on me, being the anniversary of Dad's death. Whether I can match his legendary dramatic performances is for others to decide, but I am starting to see why he enjoyed it so much.
