Unexpected snow!

We woke up this morning to find the world had been covered in a white carpet of snow! Only one problem the car was nearly 6 miles away and our snow gear was in it!

We had planned on taking a walk into town to get the car anyway, but had thought it would be nice weather so we weren't too worried about the distance.

Despite the snow it wasnt too cold so we enjoyed an amble down the back streets of Sheffield. The rest of the photos of the journey are here.

The building in the photo is one of Sheffield many factories now laying abandoned due to the decline in metal works.
