Chocolate chips

I'm sort of on a never ending quest to make the prefect chocolate chip cookie and today I'm hoping I've reached my destination.... These cookies are made with French sable dough and New Zealand's awesome chocolate export, Whittakers Dark Ghana 72% cocoa chocolate...
Let's taste one....still warm, chocolate melty, crisp and buttery... Mmm
