Vertigo

I am in my eighth day of a Vertigo flare up I feel dizzy,lightheaded,dopey,sweating and a head ache so feeling pretty rough
I have had Vertigo for many years now it comes and goes but is never expected it just arrives
Bam............................
Then it stays between a few days or a month or two......No treatment......nothing just get on with it
But I hasten to add I'm not complaining ( I know so many people who are fighting far more difficult and dangerous battles in their lives and to you people I salute you)just telling you why I have done a lazy blip of some beautiful camellia buds in my back garden
Looks like it will be a fabulous display next year :)
