Mono Monday - groceries

Yes I know this is a pub and not a grocery store but... there are rumours that a major supermarket chain has made an offer for the land and the buildings. No-one, including me, likes the idea of a historic pub being replaced by a supermarket but the pub is hardly used and I suspect that, once they got used to the idea, everyone would use the supermarket.
