melting...

We woke up to snow this morning, quite a nice layer too. I managed to drag myself out of bed and took a walk down to the park before breakfast. Unfortunately by the time I got there the thaw was well underway and the lovely snow-shots I had planned looked more like slush-shots.

I was determined to get something out of the early start so the wide-angle lens came off, the telephoto + close-up adaptor went on and this blip was born. Melting snow, sums up my morning :)

edit: I think the other shot I took today is actually better, I always prefer the one I don't choose. Anyway, it's here if you fancy a look!
