There's a ghost in my house

Two actually, but they are not ghosts, they are my tenants, Tony and Claire. who failed the reference checks 12 months ago, but whom I gave the benefit of the doubt, pretty much against everyone else's advice.

1 year later and there have been no issues. They are gradually decorating the house and doing a fine job of it. As George Michael said, you've gotta have Faith, or as I decided, everyone deserves a break.
