9 miles

caught up with the old walking and hopefully can manage a good few days of 8 and 9 mile walks...
I stopped for a coffee at Ovingdean Cafe and met two ladies who had their own walking agenda.. One was rather eccentric and as the cyclists rode on by shouted out lewd comments.. The other was very sweet and suffered from anxiety attacks, This walk was a big deal for her!
We sat and enjoyed our drinks and to be honest just listened to Mrs Lewd telling us how she was a stunner in her 20's and women envied her...
