Foodies for a day

... Or maybe a bit longer. The original plan was to do our supermarket food shopping this morning and then walk across to a nearby RSPB reserve this afternoon. However, we found out that today was the 2nd day of the two day Aldeburgh Food Festival at Snape Maltings - a wonderful place. We spent the morning there, buying lots of lovely foodie treats before going to the supermarket for more mundane supplies. This left us time to repeat our walk of yesterday but in reverse. Whilst watching some Dartford Warblers, we noticed our first Red Deer Stag, watching us. No, we didn't buy venison this morning.
Thank you to everyone who ID'd the Bush Cricket yesterday. I didn't bring an invertebrate ID guide with me, so it saved me an internet trawl. Not my area of expertise!
