Pudding girl

Rohan has been wanting to make this tart she thought up since yesterday, but as we had other baking to do yesterday (courgette and lime cake), she had to wait until today.
She did the pastry this morning, and then after we'd been out to the woods and she'd made a start on making her Roman shield for homework, she got on with the rest. I'm not sure if she named it but it had raspberry jam in the bottom, and cream mixed with left over lime curd from yesterday on top of that, and fruit to finish. It was very tasty. She's had a busy day.
So busy in fact, that she has, thanks to endless squabbling and shouting, been sent to bed early. Along with the rest of them. Grrrr.
