Gulf

There's a gulf between the free golf course on Bruntsfield links and the more expensive game that's been going on a bit further up the M9. The helicopters have been buzzing overhead every evening, why doesn't someone tell these players about the Stirling - Edinburgh Megabus?!

I woke up this morning with Andy's cold, he has had it for about 3 weeks and my immunity seems to have worn off. It's meant that I have missed my last long run before the half marathon next weekend, which is not ideal but hopefully not catastrophic. I met my friend Jen for a cup of tea instead, we had a walk around the Links which tired me out so much that I spent the rest of the day in bed feeling a bit sorry for myself.
