Skiing in Cumbria!

Awesome day's skiing at Alston in Cumbria. My first ever day's skiing - I can snowboard but since I don't have my own stuff and the place didn't hire snowboards, I was forced to try my hand at skiing!

I didn't think I'd be linking turns by the end of the day but I was! Being able to snowboard definitely helped, plus some phone-coaching-on-demand from a ski-coach friend of mine ;-) very handy!
