Low day

I am sure I blipped this already but it seems to have disappeared!
I had a bit of a day of it but I did manage to get to body pump at lunch time and I met my friend Linda for a coffee after work. She's in the London Synphony Choir and had a rehearsal. I stayed to listen to a bit.
