Eggs Micro

After my first attempt at scrambled eggs on a microwave ended in a concrete like texture; budget airline style, I tried again.

The recipe is simple:
2 eggs, fresh cream and a dash of water (secret ingredient).
All whipped together with salt and black pepper.
Microwave on full power for 1 minute
Stir and return to microwave full power for 20 seconds.

Result firm but soft ready to eat........delicious!
