Bridge

Walked along the Kennet Avon canal this afternoon, from Bath and then on past Bathampton, sat on a bench and watched the manoeuvring of this bridge to let boats through. It has been a glorious sunny day. Started this morning with an astanga session, something I try to do regularly on Sunday morning, it sets me up for the day in such a positive mood. I usually come back and cook us a brunch, which feels and tastes particularly good too.
