Great British Doughnut Off

After watching this weeks bake off I thought I'd try my hand at doughnuts. Not sure why I thought this was a good idea. 2 lots of kneading, 2 proves, frying, sugaring and jamming later we had 2 inedible raw doughnuts and 2 very good attempts which we demolished with a cuppa.
