Rosey lights

My new camera
Its been a while since I have posted on Blip;
I had been photographing with my mobile phone, however I did have the need to upgrade my shooting to a SLR and to my dismay, my beautiful wife went out and purchased one for my birthday. This came about after taking photograph and spending more time photoshoping rather than taking a good photo. From now on I aim to shoot only good photos and use photoshop ever so little.
Since my birthday I have been getting to grips with the power of the camera and it is certainly difficult to control. I have canon 450D with a 18-55mm lens, which is currently doing a fantastic job. I am in the market for a macro lens but at the minute my photographic ability is managing with this.
So this shot is a tribute to my wife she loves flowers and all i could do is take a nice photograph for her.
