Fish !

I don't often cook fish, it never quite turns out how I imagined it would be! But in the summer we had simple fish and chips in a restaurant in Plymouth owned by fish chef Midge Tonks, I bought one of his books in the restaurant - this has some good recipes as well as an enormously helpful translation of the fishes name into other European languages

This is my first attempt at simple grilled mackerel - which turned out very well
