The Tip of Borneo

Today was another early start, heading down for a jungle walk with Howard. He has gained a wealth of knowledge from the locals and filled us in on how different plants could be used for medicine, how to filter water and the wonder of the coconut

Having finished at 8.30 we still had the whole day ahead of us, the idea was to explore camp and visit the rungus museum by it was shut. We discovered a swing set instead, big kids like us aren't fussy.

We dipped in and out of the sea but generally the hottest part of the day got the better for us, we'll me anyway. So it was nice when it had cooled down enough for us to walk to the tip. We saw sunset and we're heading back when the started to pour, thankfully some people let us hitch a lift. We ate whilst the sky lit up with lightning an adventurous end to the day.
