Home grown

I'm ashamed to say that I have never grown any fruit or vegetables in our garden until this year. I thought tomatoes would be fairly easy, so I bought 3 plants.

They have produced dozens of fruit, but despite our glorious weather this year, they are still green. I've brought half a dozen indoors to see if they will turn red. If any of you have grown tomatoes before, is there still hope that they will turn red, or do I need to start hunting out green tomato chutney recipes???

I'm off to treat myself to a bath. I haven't had one for months (I do shower on a daily basis I hasten to add!)
