Another garden shot

today it is the humble dahlia, of which I have just this one growing away. I planted 3 but I guess something ate the other 2 or they rotted off.

Did you know that the symbolic meaning of the dahlia in the Victorian era, when given as a gift expresses sentiments of dignity and elegance !! So there we are something else to remember.

Elbow still pained & feeling rather dopey after all the pain killers I have been devouring over the past few days....still its a bit better now (19.45).

C is out with N & the girls & Merlot is out mousing. I've just had a £1 pizza and a slice of cake for dinner ..... I know how to live haha...
