YES supporters gather and help Kirkcaldy Foodbank.

This morning I received an email asking if I'd like to buy some items for our local foodbank, and meet up with fellow YES campaigners in Kirkcaldy as an act of understanding towards those less fortunate than ourselves.

The sender of the email expected about thirty or forty campaigners at the most to arrive, but eventually, after this photo was taken, over 150 appeared with shopping bags of food. The food was all gathered into a van, and taken to our local food bank.

It was a useful reminder to us all not to forget those we believed we were campaigning for, even if we did lose the vote last week.
