A food theme today because I have been watching a few cookery programmes and I am trying out a new recipe this evening. Last weekend the Observer food magazine had a recipe for what I can only describe as posh mince and tatties. It is cooking as I type, I have tasted it and it is going fine, so I am off to put the tatties on.
