Finally returned from my course in Dublin. Had an amusing incident on the Air Lingus flight on the way into Dublin airport thursday evening, the first landing was aborted shortly before touchdown. The pilot called over the intercom that a rabbit had been run over by the plane in front of us so we had to wait for them to clear the runway.The aircraft then circled a couple of times. When we finally landed I asked the air hostess if it really was a rabbit, she said "no of course it wasn't," then said " it was a hare they are HUGE over here" I just chuckled as I left he plane.
