Halloumi with chilli

My parents joined us for dinner tonight.
We decided to try a few recipes we had seen on food-blogs online, just to try something new and "exotic". For starters we had halloumi cheese salad and for main course Pacific Pork Kebabs with Pineapple Rice. Dessert was a choice between old fashioned Dr. Oetker Pudding with crowberry syrup and raw carrot cake with orange frosting.
I had never tasted this halloumi cheese before so that was interesting...
