Cycling business journalist Charlton Reid used Kickstarter to crowdfund publication of this book. As one of the investors, my name appears in a list inside (and, of course, I received a signed copy of the book - plus options to download Kindle or e-pub versions: very 21st century!).

Spookily, this blip was exactly two years after I hosted a London event at which Carlton spoke (2012 blip)
