Another one set to bite the dust

This is a shot of one of only two pubs around where I live and this one has been put up for sale and is set to shut down. Its been around for many a year but like a lot of the pubs round here it will soon shut probably for good and will most likely be turned into flats.
Its not one I use but it is still a sad sight to see.
The chap at the door way is one of the regulars and has been going in there for around 50 years and was saying he hopes it is saved but with hardly any customers I cant see it.
