Keeper's Pond

Up on the Blorenge again today, this time with Adrian and OB. We walked a circuit from this pond. It used to supply power to a forge up here, when this was an industrial area producing coal and iron and there were tramroads running round these hillsides. Now there are only sheep. The hill in the distance is the Sugar Loaf.

Then we had a delicious lunch at The Walnut Tree, our favoured local restaurant for treats. Lucky, lucky people.

Then I wrote about the making of the pigs and soon we have Strictly coming up soon.
