Sea and Lakes

Just because I'm in the Lake District doesn't mean I can't celebrate my birthday by having a walk at the seaside.

Morning spent at the RSPB reserve at Hodbarrow (this picture taken looking out over Duddon Sands), followed up with an afternoon cruise on Coniston Water and afternoon tea at the Blue Bird Cafe overlooking Coniston.

Splendid day.
