New Perches

Thank God it is friday and free weekend ahead!

Maybe something to do in the garden, before the cool times. I had not proper time today to think about the blipping - had a busy remote working day learning new toys (teacher was Michel in Belgium). The connection looked like this today...

Vaccuuming and cleaning the house after the work.

We have got some silver birch branches from grandmother's garden - just suitable to use as natural wood perches for our budgies. The cage is now cleaned and new perches washed, everything is shiny and ok.

But.

The Budgies were flying in our apartement for 4 hours and they seemed not very keen on their new furnishings. Just looking into the cage and escaping then again. We then tried over an hour to chat and adapt budgies to move in. And finally they could be carried into the cage. It still took awhile before they settled down.

I watched the birds and tried to settle down on the sofa and enjoy Your nice, artistic and stunning blips, but I accidentally fell asleep for 1,5hours... Maybe it tooks only a moment for me to adapt to the furniture..?
