Gold and Silver in the Sky

At 8am before work today

(I have discovered that a 20 minute walk in the time between driving in traffic and sitting at your desk works wonders) .... and that is what I try to do even if its raining.  The air does really energise you.   This was the view over the sea this morning at 8am
