Sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest difference.

Like Jamie going out of his way to bring me lunch at work today.

Roast beetroot, puy lentils and goat's cheese salad with toasted hazelnuts and sundried tomato vinaigrette, in case you're wondering. How good is that? Beats a cheese roll any day.
