Missed again!

The view from my office window can sometimes be a bit distracting, as a naked man sometimes appears at a window in the opposite tenement. Today he was there again, with the added bonus of window hangers on either side of him.
I tried to sneak a surreptitious photo, but the vertical blinds were in the way and I couldn't move them without drawing attention to myself.
