Early morning at the Pond

and the Heron is watching and waiting. Was going to meet a friend for coffee but her plumber was late and the problem bigger than anticipated. Wandered round the shops and walked along the river instead; then to the Library to collect an Adult Ed Prospectus with the vague thought of doing a Saturday class on Getting the Best from Your Digital Camera, or something along those lines...
