It breaks my heart and my wrist

It's a funny old life one minute your soaping yourself in the shower, the next minute your flying through the air (with the greatest of ease) and land outside the shower upside down.
Now it occured to me in mid flight that this might be one of those life changing experiences, where your world is turned upside down (and I dont mean my bum), but apart from a tearing pain in my left wrist I appeared to be all together.
So it was of to the Accident Emergency to sit with the great unwashed, the lost and the lonely, and the just plain mad.
This was on saturday so today it was back to the outpatients to be talked down to by a consultant, and get a new cast which was put on by very efficient and chatty I think nurse, happy days.
