First shots

I was stuck in the office all day again. I didn't really want to be there. I wanted to be in Doncaster watching the last remaining Vulcan Bomber make its last flight of the year (and possibly its last flight ever!).

My new compact camera from John Lewis was supposed to be delivered to a local convenience store for collection but when I called, they wouldn't hand it over despite me having the printed order and I.D. As I didn't have an email with a bar code.

Finally got my hands on the all-singing, all dancing compact and downloaded the massive 200 page instruction manual. I quite like the function that allows me to control the camera remotely from my iPad and phone.
