Preserving and Baking

I spent most of the day in the kitchen today.

Walked the dogs just before lunch, and couldn't resist the blackberries looking plump and succulent In the sunshine. So picked a bagful before I realised it.

Back home I realised I would have to deal with them straight away, so cooked them with some apples ready to freeze.
