My holiday!

Today Mr Tbay and I went for a holiday to Torquay! Just the one day, but it was very nice. We went by train as we have wanted to do the trip which took us along the coast passing though Dawlish where the winter storms took the line completely away in places. It is such a pretty route with lots of wonderful countryside to look at.

Once in Torquay we had lunch at The Grand Hotel which was opposite the Station, which was very convenient . After a very nice lunch we then went for a walk along the seafront. The weather was just remarkable. I wandered around in my shirt sleeves all day. After our walk we then retuned to the Grand for a quick drink before boarding the train at 7:00 pm. A very pleasant day out.

Farming - Mr Tbay Jnr was raking grass for a customer . Two on compost hauling.
