Tee off approaches

Sorry - another household shot! The Ryder Cup starts tomorrow, love to watch it. This time round it's bringing back memories of my golf mad dad.

Two years ago he was obviously ill but we didn't know what was wrong. The final day of golf went on late and I remember ringing him the following day to talk about it. He had stayed up to watch the end and it's the last time I remember him being so animated and enthusiastic about anything. So bittersweet memories.

This was a figure he kept on the mantelpiece, and one that Charlotte was insistent that we keep. So this one is for you dad, hope you're going to be watching up there xx
