Upper Quinault - PA5 Phase2

Well that's a wrap for this year's construction. Things turned out really well with low flows and few equipment issues. Can't wait to see the new logjams respond to higher flows...hello el nino. Big thanks to the Quinault Indian Nation, Quinault Valley Forestry, and Axis Construction for all the hard work and the opportunity to be involved.
