Enjoying the morning

There are signs that summer is abating, especially the cooler mornings. It will still reach 103F (almost 40C) today, but it is taking longer for the heat to build. Bob has the day off from school. His friend is hanging out for the day. Cleo joined me as I took them to the park for a nerf gun war. She thought it was lovely to hang out, as did I.

I am still battling a very unruly GI tract that has me out of commission for days or a week or more at a time. The worst part is being too sick to interact with Bob. I see two doctors in the next two weeks. I hope we can figure this out.
