Jedi Training Academy

Ever since we told Ethan earlier this year that we would be going to Orlando and we mentioned there is a Jedi Training Academy he has been begging to do it. After researching it, we discovered it's actually quite hard to get a slot - you basically have to turn up really early and stand in a big queue as soon as the park opens, just to be in with a chance of getting a place.

Fortunately we must have chosen a quieter day as we arrived half an hour after the park opened, didn't have to queue too long and got a slot for late morning. Ethan was most frustrated it wasn't straight away though!

He loved getting to do Jedi practice up on the stage and then doing battle with Darth Vader himself. So cute seeing how seriously he took it!

Another thing he surprised us by loving today was the Tower of Terror - I remember going on it for the first time on my Honeymoon and being scared witless! He dragged us on it twice in a row today though!

Again he tired pretty quickly today though and I had to carry him lots. I've seen lots of older children being pushed around in buggies - didn't occur to me to bring one for him at this age though!
