Some good news tonight............the weird blips on my ECG are down to a shortage of potassium............so I have some meds that should help......and I need to go back to the doc in a fortnight.

Poor hebs slipped at work today and has banged up her arm and shoulder quite badly......I didn't know anything about it until I got home. She'd better take a few days off work....or I'll have strong words with her!
