A good start

So this is going in the new book - almond pancakes with bacon chipotle butter.

Everyone needs this butter. It would go on so many things (chicken, steak, chops...) It is without doubt my new absolute favourite thing - slightly smoky, slightly spicy and really delicious.

Busy baking day today. Again. So not much chance to get out with the camera. Again.

Still, there's always tomorrow...
