Rothko Rain...

Got to Scarborough this morning in in miserable weather... Not the light intermittent showers as forecast!

Took this through the car window before braving the elements in a huff.

The day got so much better and when I got home and looked at the shot it reminded me of the work of Mark Rothko - one of my favourite artists from the 40's and 50's.

So - Rothko rain it is.....
