colours in autumn so bright just before they fall

Funny day –
I reverted to my past and I rushed off to a meeting to represent a friend (as I’m retired I’m no longer a union rep, ‘just’ a friend. Mind you my appearance did give the other-side a bit of a turn). A good outcome to the meeting … it’s nice to know I can still kick ass if I need to!
Then I got the bus into town and took Arachne’s advice and did some ambling.
I’m still not confident photographing people – but Oxford gives plenty of opportunity for photographing buildings, and it was at its best today – glowing in the autumn sunlight.
This was taken in the same place but facing the opposite direction to this.
