Daffodil Sunrise
I recently received the new Lensbaby Composer lens, and have been carrying it around but never found the opportunity to put it to use. This morning I looked out my office window just after sunrise and saw the first cluster of daffodils had arrived, promising the end of winter and beginning of spring. So, I took the opportunity to play with the Lensbaby Composer, creating a variety of different compositions that took advantage of the unique properties of the Lensbaby. Since one of the things I love about the Lensbaby is how it enables selective focus with a cool blur effect, I decided I would take things a step further and create an image with the daffodils out of focus. At first I thought it was silly, but the more I looked at it the more I enjoyed the concept. So here it is. And I even got my Blipfoto posted before noon!
