Wednesday

Today I started my day with an hours workout on the treadmill....5 mins fast walking, 5 mins running....while watching Good Morning tv program.
After a shower and washing my hair with new shampoo I bought yesterday I went down to the shops to buy a few things I needed...saw a grey light jersey I liked, so bought....
At 3pm my friend came to visit me for coffee and biscuits, she stayed till 5pm....it was my 2 hours of German lessons. I get stuck trying to explain things to her....my brain shuts down. I can understand the language a lot better than I can speak. Like in South Africa with the Afrikaans language, I can understand but speaking is not as easy.
After cooking chicken for dinner with a salad....I am now online for the first time today...with a glass of wine...something I never do in Germany...have a glass of wine on a Wednesday night!!!
